The Importance Of Articles
src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js">
What is one of the best way to get free targeted Leads? How do experienced marketers get loads and loads of people comiong back to their websites withouth much effort? Well the answer is... Articles
That's right articles but how come? Why is it that writning articles and submiting them to other websites or article directories so important?
These were the questions i used to ask myself everytime i heard of this. I'm sure the same applies to you also. Well here are just a few different reasons why it is so important to sunbmit your articles.
1. Article subimition may make or break your online or offline business. The more action you take the more you get exposure to your website. How does this work you ask... Simple your article content has to be relevant to your niche market. Your articles must contain information needed by someone searching for a certain term online (search engines). That can only be achieved if you have good content in your articles. If the reader doesn't like your article, then you get a bad reputation for posting a terrible article. As an online marketer you want to be known for good things not for spamming.
After your articles have been submitted and accpeted into a article directory database it will remain there for as long as the site is still running and hopefully for you and me, that's forever :-)-- Let's say you submit an article today and 5,6, 10 years from now a curious reader puts in a search term related to your article. Your article shows up eventhough you've written and forgotten about it and that my friend is free advertising.
Each article contains a ressource box in which you input your name, a little info about yourself and your website link. You get links pointing back to you as a result of your effort. When others read your article they will want to use it as content for their websites as long as they agree to leave the article intact and keep your ressource box. As this evolves, your name, articles and website gets listed in search engines giving you credibility and popularity. As a result you get free traffic, people will readily buy your products or services. The more articles you write and submit on a consitant basis, the more traffic you'll recieve and the more successful your business will become.

My recent post on the warrior's forum
I never kept up with my list... i didn't do my job as an Internet marketer I can come with many excuses but those won't help.
My goal is to get a good list, fast. Why fast well because i'm a college student and i want to use my skills as an internet marketer to uh pay my tuition. I have all summer to do that. we're in early may and school will resume in early september i should be able to do it with dedication and hopefully your help.
I have 2 autoresponders, one provides me with monthly leads.
I have access to a coregistration lead source (i'm getting double optin leads from there0
I finally learned how to build my own capture page thanks to an html editor..
i know how to capture leads but google is a tad bit expensive when you're targeting biz op seekers.
I setup a schedule where i contact my list at least twice a week.
I've planned to get more advertising money through adsense but seems there's more work to it than i thought.
I was listening to Michael's Gaspie podcast. This guy said that at first he realized that his 500 tail list earned him $500/month. So that's $1 per list member. I'm not there yet but would love to do so soon.
So my fellow warriors my ears are open whisper some ideas and hints my way. I've got goals to meet and a lifestyle to achieve.
My ultimate goal is to have fun while making money. I'm 23 and i don't want to be tied down to a chair doing a 9 to five job.
Hmm.. i'll copy and paste this to my blog this will be good content for myself and my growing list.

How To Use Traffic Swarm
Click here to sign up FREE now!
Now the question is, do I upgrade my Traffic Swarm account . . . .or not? I have been using Traffic Swarm for 3 months, and I generate signups for my programs almost every day. There is a secret to Traffic Swarm, that most free members do not know. If you are a Pro Member, you get 2500 credits per month just to start out. And most important. You earn 2 – 3 time the credits for surfing that free members get. Also, you can make money. You get a $5 commission for every personally sponsored member. It doesn’t stop there $4 for the nest level. $3, nest, $2, and then $1 per month for the 5th level. I took me only 15 days to get my monthly Traffic Swarm paid for, by referring my members to this great Traffic Exchange. You also get credits for all the surfing habits of your downline members.
Now, upgraded members sites get shown more. Of course, it cost money for Traffic Swarm to operate. They must reward there Pro Members. One of the key secrets I use, is I never let my Traffic Swarm credits get below 3000. The Traffic Swarm programmers use complicated algorithms to decide which ads to show and how often. They have to look at how many credits members have, and show the ads of the members with the most credits more often to use up those credits.
The other secret I use is multiple ads, pointing to the same web sites. I currently use 15 ads to promote my PIF4P business. Each ad gives the viewer a different reason to click on my ad. Remember, that almost 95% of Traffic Swarm Users are already Internet Business Owners. Do not try to sell them your business. Try to sell them something that helps their existing business.
My traffic Swarm Pro memberships is one of my most cost effective advertising methods I use to promote my websites.
Click below to sign up, or if you are already a member, its time to upgrade and get some signups!

How To Work With Direct Matches
DirectMatches is the first in the online business and social networking industry to deploy a multi-matchmaking system that helps people locate everything from business contacts to network marketing professionals. It is the first business and social networking service with a contact management system that operates on a "dynamic basis", where members are able to select from dedicated networking communities. Here's how you can get the most out of your DirectMatches membership.
If you haven't done so already sign up by clicking here: http://www.directmatches.com . You can sign up for free, $9.95/month, $19.95/month or $29.95/month. I recommend to get at least a "Managing IR" membership ($19.95) to be able to get the most out of this tool.Once you've signed up you will want to set up your user profile.
There are 3 areas that you will be placing your profile information. Keep in mind that this information is used to match you against other members profiles in the system. Here is what I put in my profile to match the people I'm most looking for in the system:Under "Occupation" I checked "MLM". You may want to check "Retired" and "Self-Employed" as well.Under "Business Topics" I checked "Ad Strategies", "Internet Marketing" and "Home Based Business".Under "Business Interests" I checked "Marketing, Advertising" and "Networking".
Once you've done that put your other information in and click on "submit".You will then be taken to your profile page where you will want to click on "My Business Matches". You will find that you should have matched hundreds if not thousands of other members. This is where you will get started in building your DirectMatches contact base.Once you are on the "My Business Matches" page you will want to start adding contacts. Assuming all of these folks match what you are looking for, go ahead and start clicking on the "add me to contacts" button for each one.
You want to go through at least the first 10 pages, which will be 100 contacts. Once you've done that you can go back to those contact profiles and send them an email introducing yourself. Keep it informal and short. Make sure you have your sig file on the bottom of your email (you can set it up in your email options). You will now have 100 contacts that you will have made initial contact with. Hopefully, they should all add you as a contact on their page.
They will automatically show up in your contact section on your page giving you the opportunity to have regular communications with them. You will want to continue this process (adding business matches) on a daily basis. By the end of the week you should have 700 new contacts to network with and more than likely a few sign ups into PIF4P.
The next thing you can do as part of your DM strategy is to send daily group emails out to your contact list. You are limited to sending it to 60 people a day so plan accordingly. That doesn't mean you can't send more than that, just that you can only send 60 group messages at a time. I would send a daily tip out, something that will help them in building their MLM business. You can tie it to the Success Guide or just something that you are doing to drive traffic. People will soon start to expect this from you and you will become an information resource for them. Send a link to your blog as well as a helpful resource.
Another powerful feature you have within DM is the network search feature that you will find in your mail page. You will use it to locate members that are in particular network marketing companies, like Shaklee or Xango. You will get back pages of contacts that belong to that MLM group. Once you've done that you click on "add me to contacts", then I come back to their profile and click on the email link.
Here is what I email them:
Subject Line: Want to build your (insert the name of their MLM) dowline faster?I'm going to be direct and to the point.
Would you like to find out how to sign up more members into (insert the name of their MLM)then you ever thought possible?http://yourusername.payitforward4profits.com
Using this system I've been able to sign up 500 new members in the past 6 weeks. And the best part. . . It's free to join.Check it out.http://yourusername.payitforward4profits.com
Let me know if you have any questions once you've had a chance to look at it.
Regards,
YOUR NAME
YOUR PHONE NUMBER
**ONLY LOSERS PAY FOR LEADS** Discover how average people with no marketing backgrounds are getting prospects to pay them....NEVER PAY FOR TRAFFIC AGAIN!!! http://yourusername.payitforward4profits.com
Try and send out at least 15-20 of these everyday. It is a more aggressive approach but it works really well.
The other activity you can do is to post comments on your contacts page. Simply go to their page and click on add a comment. You can write a quick note and add the PIF4P banner in that comment field as well.
By working your DM resource on a daily basis you will bring a good deal of qualified traffic to your PIF4P website and start getting signups from that traffic.

Building a business mindset…Knowing who to associate with
Getting around successful people.
When I first started out in my first venture in home based business, I used to struggle, spend money on different things losing money, spending it left and right. It always seemed that I was spending a lot more than I was having profit but that made me come to the conclusion that I need to find people that can teach me more than I know. People that know more than I do and have experienced success. These people are the ones that you need to get around take a little of what they know and what they learned. You don’t have to listen to every single word and do every single thing they say. You don’t have to rely on everything they say, but it is important to understand where they’re coming from. You don’t have to agree with everything but the knowledge you get is going to start to register with you. Take some of the ideas in your own way or maybe you just want to duplicate it and do it yourself.
You always hear from people you know and love that “This is a scam; it’s never going to work… or get a real job”. These are people that care about you saying you can’t make money doing that. Why do you think they say such things?
They never made any money
They were scammed before
OR THEY”RE TRYING TO PROTECT YOU
See they think it’s not possible because they’ve never seen it with there own eyes. Those people saying that to you probably have a job; they probably have debts, mortgages on their houses. Yes they may be happy… but are they financially successful?
However if they were informed they would instead ask you what marketing strategy you would be using to promote your business. They’ll ask more questions in terms to try to get you to think instead of trying to beat you down.
I’ve got the mindset of an entrepreneur like you guys do. The reasons I looked for another way to earn money is because I didn’t find the typical nine to five job to be right for me. I wanted leverage, residual income, I wanted to own something, to have unlimited potential and all of those things don’t work in a job but they don’t understand that, because they’ve never been around that.
Save your conversations about your business with people who relate to that. Do not talk to your friends about it unless they ask. People you want to talk are people in your organization, people you’ve enrolled people in forums. They want to talk about your business or business ideas. However you should be careful for those who are negative or those trying to recruit you in their business instead.

How To Find Products?
In order to locate products that sell online, we need to
understand what people already want to buy. Finding a good
choice of idea or product is always accompanied by interfacing
the demand for the product in the current market and the level
of competition or market share that the product will be having
in the long run.
"What should I sell? What products are hot selling? These are
the questions most people are trying to find an answer in order
for them to make the definite decision. And if we really want to
know the answer to this question, our only choice is to do some
research. There are all kinds of twists along the road that may
lead you to think you have a high-demand idea. We must be able
to understand and satisfy the need, wants and expectations of
our customers on a certain product that they're trying to buy.
This three are called the basic needs or minimum requirements in
a purchase. Needs are the basic reasons or the minimum
requirements consumers are looking for in a product or service.
They are called the qualifying or "gatekeeper" dimensions in
a purchase. Wants are the determining dimensions among many
choices. Expectations, on the other hand, are values or
intangibles associated with a product or service. Expectations
are actually part of "wants" but they become extremely
important when products or services are not differentiated.
For example, in reading a logic book, university students look
for the following: Relevant logic concepts use of simple
language, easy to understand and affordable prices. These
similar ideas can be applied to Internet Sales as well. After
all, the Internet is just another place to sell products. The
basic concept of demand is the same there as it is anywhere
else, and has been all the time.
Now, the second thing that must be considered in finding
"hot" products to sell are the level of competition or the
market shares do your product will have. Market share or level
of competition means the ratio of your brand sales versus the
total market sales. While companies would naturally define its
target competitors, it is actually the consumers who ultimately
decide the competitive frame, or the list related products or
services that consumers consider when exercising their
purchasing power. We must therefore choose the market segment
where we can have a potential leadership or at least a strong
challenger role. Because the overriding objective of getting
into this business is not just to satisfy the needs and wants of
our customers but to do so profitably better than his
competition. Otherwise, our competition will end up satisfying
the customers better than our own interest.
Third factor to be considered in finding hot selling products is
finding out the general interest level about the product. General
interest in a product helps us to gauge where our demand and
competition numbers fall into the big picture. Simply saying, if
there isn't much demand for the product, and there isn't much
competition, it would seem that it might not be good a good put
up for sale. But the research doesn't stop here; there is one
last thing to be considered to exactly find the hot selling
products that you've been looking for. We must also learn how
others are advertising those products. If there are a good
number of them doing so, it may mean that it's a good product
to get into. Coming to the last phase of the process is
analyzing and evaluating all the information that has been
collected. We have to look at all of the data we have collected
on demand, competition, and advertising, and make decision as
how they all balance out.
And here are several factors or aspects that must be measured:
(a) not enough demand means not enough people are going to buy
(b) too much competition means not enough of a profit to go
around
(c) too much advertising drives up the price of pay per
click ads, and competition as well
(d) not enough general interest, combined with low demand,
means there may not be a good market even if there is
competition trying to make the sales.
Just some of the many things to consider when choosing
a program or product to promote.

Article Writing Tips
online, I always suggest you try your hand at
writing articles and submitting them to ezines and
directories.
Here's information on how to do just that and why :)
=======================================
Top Seven Ways Writing Articles Can Explode Your Business
In today's highly competitive internet universe, the importance
of attracting highly targeted traffic to your website cannot be
overemphasized. Routing web traffic to your site can be your
only means of survival, especially in the cutthroat world of
ecommerce. Getting a high search engine ranking can be very
difficult. Fortunately, there is an abundance of website promotion
strategies you can use to drive traffic to your website.
There is a wide variety of strategies you can adapt, from paid
advertising to affiliate marketing. However, most of these
techniques require payment. Nevertheless, there are ways to
promote your website and increase your web traffic without
spending anything or too emptying your wallet.
Writing articles is one of the best web site promotion strategies
you can use, and they can be very effective. How, you may ask,
can writing articles help improve your web traffic? Here are the top
seven ways in which it can help explode your business.
1.Reach more people
When you write good articles, it would be a shame not to share
them with other people. You can post your articles in your
website or you can submit them to other sites such as e-zines
and online publishers. By submitting your articles to these
sites, you give exposure not only to your ideas but also to your
website. Simply include a link back to your site or include your
information in the resource box. With this, you get exposure and
free advertising as well. Submit your articles to popular e-zines
and take advantage of their popularity. Other sites who find your
article relevant may also link back to you. Thus, you increase
your link popularity, which is one of the most important
strategies in the internet world. Remember that most people are
looking for information online and by filling this need with
your quality article; you may reap the benefit of more exposure
and higher web traffic.
2.Free Advertising
Submitting your articles to other websites presents an
opportunity to advertise your website without paying exorbitant
fees. Although you should avoid marketing language in your
articles and make it informative and useful to your readers, you
can always include your site's link in the resource box. In
addition, by making your article relevant and helpful to your
readers, you are making a good impression for your website,
which could ultimately lead to a visit and hopefully a purchase.
Good quality content in an article is far better and more
effective than a few lines of ad space. You have a very special
opportunity to presell your product or service to your
prospective customer.
3.Gain High Search Engine Ranking
Create a new web page for your article in your website. Optimize
your article to make it search-engine friendly. Use top-ranked
keywords and Meta tags that can give your website a high search
engine ranking. As soon as you upload your new webpage to your
server, search engines will spider through it and you can gain
an increase in search engine ranking. Remember that search
engine optimized content is a very effective strategy to gain a
high ranking in search results.
4.Increases Link Popularity
Instead of looking for other sites who would want to establish
reciprocal links with your site, you can simply submit an
article to other sites. Just do not forget to include a link to
your site in your resource box. When these websites pick up and
publishes your article, you automatically get a link partner.
Try to get as many link partners as you can. Link popularity is
one of the factors used by search engines in determining search
engine rankings. Make your article especially useful and
appealing, so that more websites will be encouraged to publish
it.
5.Optimizes your site for improved search engine ranking
By making your site keyword rich, you can greatly improve the
search engine ranking of your site. Remember that keyword
density is one of the most important factors that search engines
use when determining the search engine ranking of site. However,
you should always provide relevant, useful and pertinent
information. Avoid the temptation of overusing keywords just to
gain a high ranking as this may turn off most web surfers.
Relevance and quality is still the most important things to
consider when writing articles and it will be doubly useful to
your site if you make these articles search-engine optimized.
6.Establishes a Good Impression and Reputation
By writing excellent, original and relevant articles, you not
only give your site exposure, you are also creating a good
impression on your prospects. Encourage more people to visit
your site and do business with you by establishing an impressive
reputation through your articles. Be seen as an expert in the
field and your will ultimately gain more customers eager to do
business with you.
7.Enhances your credibility through references and testimonies
Certainly, your articles are going to receive feedbacks and
testimonies when you publish them in e-zines and free article
sites. Record these positive feedbacks and comments and use them
as promotional material in your website or in any of your
advertising efforts. Your credibility will be greatly enhanced
by these feedbacks, as it will create a good impression on your
prospects as well as your existing customers. In this highly
competitive world, excellent credibility and trust may be the
only things you need to attract new customers or make loyal
patrons out of your existing customers. Original, relevant,
useful and pertinent articles are important tools you should
utilize to improve and explode your business.
Those are just a few of the many reasons you really
need to trust yourself and start writing

Web Link Marketing
The first step to creating the many massive downlines by method of replicating websites is for that certain company to develop its own corporate website. This site should include the history of the firm, the distributor, compensation program, information about all its products and services, and forms of enrollment as an MLM distributor. Once completed everyone involved should be able to go to the site and buy the company products and also register as a distributor. No live person is needed to complete either transaction. Enrolling as a distributor in this way, however, is violating the basic principle of a multi-level marketing firm – not setting up member to member competition.
Each home business distributor for MLM is so offered his or her own Internete Marketing site that leads to the corporate site. The prospect is first sent to the site of the referring distributor whose link takes that prospect to an enrolment form. The home business distributor’s Internet site is now an MLM marketing opportunity for both product sales and growth of the distributor’s downline of additional distributors.
Why do people fail
Leadership and marketing systems sell products and downlines. When you do business right you never have to sell anything, you never have to ask people to join you or become involved with you because they'll always ask you or just sign up. With a good system you won't have to post work at home fliers or put business cards in public bathrooms or chase people around. See with PIF4P people will pay you to let you prospect them. You will never have a lack of income. See anyone can duplicate success just by simply plugging in to this system no matter what their background is no matter what their experience is, or how good of a communicator they are. See with this system anyone or their team members may cash in from people who don't join your primary organization.

3 Rules for Working at Home
3 Rules for Working at Home
In my work with small business startups I run into myths that exist in the
world and in the minds of people, which stand in the way of their ability to
succeed at a home business. The three rules here will help you to see good
opportunities, and then to succeed at whatever you choose to do.
1.. If it is easy, it won't work. If you love what you do, you are more
likely to be able to do the work that a small business requires, but it is
still work. You have to learn about your business, set it up, and promote
it, no matter what it is. You even have to do that with a distributorship or
business package. If it is not work, it does not pay. There are no secrets, only skills, strategies and techniques. Anyone
promising to tell you Secrets, or teach you Tricks is on the shady side of
integrity. There are no secrets, and there are no tricks. There is
knowledge, time saving strategies, key bits of information that can
transform your understanding from unworkable to workable, and techniques
that make the job either simpler or more successful. You need knowledge,
tools, and experience. So look for that instead of looking for something
that does not exist.
3.. If you want to make money you have to work every day. Ok, so you don't
have to work EVERY day, but you have to work every day that you reasonably
can. That means you have to FIT IT IN! It has to be your priority. If you
are a weekend warrior, then you have to work the majority of the weekends.
If you are a work at home mom, then you need to find time each day around
your family and get in at least a few minutes of work. If you are committed
to replacing a full time income with working at home, then you'll have to
put in 4-8 hours a day more days than you take off. You have to give it the
same dedication that you would a standard job. You cannot just let the days
drift by, and not schedule in time when you HAVE to work. Just DO it... and
stop making excuses.
Working at home is very doable. It is often chaotic, frequently frustrating,
and always hard work. But I do it every day. It has become part of who I am.
I learn and grow in it, and I gain more understanding all the time.
Build on common sense, and keep these rules in your mind when you measure
your options, and you will succeed in ways you cannot see ahead of time.

Working From Home - Telemarketing - Do You Have What It Takes?
More and more people every day are looking for ways of working from home. Working from home has never been so popular and the choice of types of employment seems endless. You might decide to start your own home based business and work long hours to achieve a dream of supporting your family from the profits of the business. Perhaps you simply want a job you can do at home, maybe just for a few hours a week to bring in a little extra money.
Up until a few years ago, work from home opportunities were rare and poorly paid. This type of work from home slavery still exists but technology has caused a dramatic increase in the number of genuine work from home opportunities available, both for the home based business entrepreneur and for the stay at home mom who wants a job she can fit in around the kids' schedule.
If you have a professional qualification such as being a Lawyer or Accountant you can quite easily set up a home based office. If you have a practical qualification such as being a hairdresser, beautician or nail technician you can build up your own mobile business. If you have no particular qualifications but possess a talent for something such as carpentry or sewing or welding, you can make things at home and sell them at craft fairs and art exhibitions. If you have no particular qualifications or talents but possess some imagination and drive, you can carve out your own niche by identifying a need in your community and providing a service to fill it.If you have no qualifications, no talent, no skills, no imagination, you could become a telemarketer. The only attributes a telemarketer needs are:
1. A phone
2. A friendly manner (optional in some circumstances)
3. The ability to memorise and recite a script
4. The ability to tell lies in a convincing way
5. A conscience on psychopath level
6. An inner radar enabling you to identify the least convenient time to phone people
7. the ability to talk for a long time without pause
8. Tenacity
9. A thick skin.
Recruitment advertising might mislead you by stating that a clear speaking voice is a requirement but I can tell you from experience that this is not so. Provided you can make your scripted speech without being sidetracked by questions from your prospective customer and have no qualms about the size or number of the lies necessary to close a deal, you will easily find employment in the field of telemarketing.
If you think this sounds mean, just think for a moment about telemarketers. You know, the people that make unsolicited phone calls to you when you are in the middle of bathing the baby or having dinner or when you are up a ladder trying to hang wallpaper. You dive for the phone trying not to drop a slippery baby or trying to swallow your food without choking or trying to control the gummy wallpaper that wants to stick to you, the ladder and everything else around you. You manage to pick up the phone without suffering a serious accident and find yourself listening to a complete stranger who wants to sell you something you don't need and don't want.
While the baby howls, your dinner gets cold or the wallpaper dries in creases, this person talks at you relentlessly and seemingly without the need to take a breath. Only when the dripping soap suds or congealing food or the fact that your hand is glued to the phone finally drive you to interrupt, will there be a pause. This pause, however, is nothing more than a brief mini-second's respite before the script is resumed. You won't get the chance to say enough to turn the soliloquy into a conversation. You see, telemarketers are trained to capitalise on the fact that most people are polite. Most people in this situation don't like to interrupt and won't hang up the phone until the caller has finished speaking and goodbyes have been said.
The only ways to end a call from a telemarketer are to agree to purchase whatever he is offering you or to hang up the phone while he is still reciting his script. If you are too polite to hang up, you might as well just agree to purchase right away. There is absolutely no point trying to reason with a telemarketer; if you say you don't want to buy his elephant because you can't stand grey, he will ask you to tell him your favourite colours and then he will swear a solemn oath that the elephant he is offering you is yellow with pink polka dots. A tempting offer! By giving him that tiny bit of information about your personal taste, you have given the telemarketer his hook: he is offering you something in a colour-scheme you said you like, how can you reasonably refuse?
Even though the baby might be blue with cold or the dinner completely solid or the wallpaper glued to your shirt, don't accept the offer. A yellow with pink polka dots elephant might sound like a real novelty and acceptance might seem like a way to end this miserable phone call. The thing here is that, when you receive it, that elephant will be of the grey variety. I don't like to say this but telemarketers lie and, the more incredible the lie is, the more they will protest that the offer they are making you is genuine and too good to be true. Well, they get it half right: it will undoubtedly be too good to be true.

How to Balance Working at Home and Raising Your Kids
How to Balance Working at Home and Raising Your Kids
Most work at home moms start home based businesses because they want to be home with their little ones. And I was no different: I left a great corporate job to be around my two children.
But then, you put a lot of work in your business, and it works! Yes, you are getting orders, and making some money, but the flip side is that you don't have as much time for your little ones. How do you then balance your time? Do you still put your children first? Or do you go for the "just a minute honey!" line and hope they can't tell time?
It happened to me: one day, during my first Christmas season in business, I was busy with an order for 150 gift baskets. It was hard work, and stress was running high. The deadline was approaching, and I had no time to stop to even straighten the room.
There were boxes with product everywhere, there were empty boxes, and there was gourmet food everywhere: a true disaster area! And just then, my 4 year old daughter (now 11) came to me with her big brown eyes in tears: "Mommy, I am bored and I am lonely… Can we play a little?" What could I do? I was alone at home with her, and if I stopped to play, there was no way I could finish my order in time.
So, I thought quickly, on my feet, of how I could play with her and work at the same time. And I came up with the idea of building her an office right next to mine out of used/damages boxes. She was ecstatic! And SHE did all the work! I told her where to go and get the boxes, and made room for her by me desk. She built a desk, improvised a chair, and even had items to sell in her store.
With that in place, I was able to continue my work uninterrupted most of the time. She loved watching and copying me: when I picked up the phone to talk to a customer, she picked up her imaginary phone. When I needed to make a basket, she made one of her own. When I calculated the price for my baskets, she picked up a pencil and calculated her own prices.
In time, her office evolved: the old, damaged boxes were replaced with actual wooden drawers. Inventory I wasn't able to sell became her store's inventory. She even got an adding machine, and a couch. Now, her office is her favorite spot to play. And it's not just an office anymore: it's an entire building with different shops. She has a restaurant, a bath and body store, a book store, and a toy store.
The store has helped her in many ways:
- she learned about maintaining and ordering inventory
- she learned about phone etiquette
- she learned addition and subtraction
- she learned organization skills
- she learned to be creative (little bits and pieces of ribbon, irregular baskets, empty containers have become great assets to her business)
Could YOU be using your business to teach your kids business basics while having fun? I am sure you could. Just take some time and think how your situation can be used to plant some business seeds in your child.

Getting past the fear
The Fear is what keeps us from trying new things.
The Fear is what prevents from sleeping at night.
The Fear is what stops us from launching a new
product or business.
The Fear...
Sucks!
Too much of our lives is driven by fears. Some
big. Some small. A few are reasonable. Most are
not.
But we have a choice.
A simple choice really.
We get to choose whether the Fear rules our lives
or we rule the Fear.
That's right. We get to choose. You can wake up in
the morning and pull the covers over your head
and hide from the Fear.
Or you can jump out of bed to greet the glorious
day. And stomp on the Fear. Trample it out of
existence.
The Fear is only in control if you choose to let
it be in control. Your choice.
When researchers interview elderly folks about
their lives, they often ask a question like
"What do you regret?" The most common answers
are not focused on something that person did.
They regret the things they failed to even try.
Why didn't they even try? You guessed it.
The Fear.
So today and every day, you get to choose.
who is going to rule the day?
You or the Fear?
Choose wisely... bravely... and Rule The Day!

It is a well-known fact that more and more people are choosing to work from home rather than face the daily agony that is otherwise known as commuting. There are many companies that are even encouraging this practise amongst their permanent staff as a viable alternative to travelling to work.
In most cities, workers will have to commute to and from the office, which depending on where they live could mean adding an extra one or two hours to their average day. At its very best commuting can be a tiresome and stressful activity made up of countless public transport delays, shoulder-to-shoulder contact with complete strangers and to a large extent, mind-numbing routine.
This sort of start cannot possibly be conducive to a productive working day and at long last there are a lot of companies beginning to realise this. However, it is worth mentioning those at the opposite end of the scale that actually thrive on running the commuter gauntlet morning and night and would never consider doing anything else, though I think they must be very much in the minority.
For many people, working from home has long been seen as the sole domain of freelancers, who many think get out of bed when they want to, start work and stop work when they want to and generally come and go as they please, which on occasion may be true, but more often than not it's exactly the opposite as one vital requirement of working from home is self-discipline; without it you may as well go back to commuting.
There are multiple distractions in the home that all too easily lure the unwary away from their work. There is no manager looking over your shoulder, nobody to tell you how long to have for lunch; you can wander away from your desk at any time you like. There might be a television programme you want to watch, the grass may need cutting, a visitor arrives or the dog needs walking. You can do all this if you want to and it sounds good doesn't it? - until at the end of the working day you suddenly realise that you haven't actually done much work at all whilst leaving a backlog to catch up on the following day.
However, once you are over the distraction stage it can be very rewarding to work in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of the home. You may find that you like the solitude in which to conduct your work, or welcome the fact that there isn't a colleague constantly taking up your time for one reason or another; you could discover that you can think more clearly without having photocopiers, fax machines and telephone noises constantly assaulting your eardrums. One of the foremost pleasures would be not having to travel to work, affording you the luxury of an extra hour or two in the day to do with as you please.
There is one piece of advice I would give to anybody who is thinking about working from home, and it is this: When you get up in the morning don't attempt to start work wearing your dressing gown. Get properly dressed as you would if you were travelling to work. This is more psychological than anything as it puts you in the right frame of mind for the day ahead - even if you are only working from the living room. If you slob around in a vest and shorts or your pyjamas you will not work to the best of your ability.
Working from home merits serious thought before you decide to take the plunge because it will not be to everyone's taste; ironically, some people who tried it found that they preferred the daily battle of commuting to the comparative peace and quiet of their homes, and subsequently returned to working at the office. To anyone working from home for the first time it will possibly be a bit of a culture shock but at the same time exciting, and once you adapt to the different rules, learn to manage your time effectively you will gradually begin to enjoy it.

Working From Home: Is Telecommuting For You?
Working from home sounds like a great option doesn't it? Certainly, you can read many articles on the Internet extolling the virtues of working from home and probably wish you could park your car in your garage and start telecommuting right away!
I've worked from home for close to two years now and absolutely love it.
This article will not list the benefits of working from home. Anyone can quickly figure out on their own that having no commute, no office politics, flexible work hours and closer proximity to your family are just four possible benefits that are achievable when you work at home.
You can figure out the benefits of working from home that are important to you without me telling you.
What I believe is more beneficial is a brief discussion of what you need to consider before thinking about setting up a home office and working from home. These are all things I've experienced and noticed since I started telecommuting:
1. Can you balance your work and your personal life?
In other words, can you easily take off your work hat and put your family hat on, and vice versa? It's easy to say but sometimes hard to do. I have found it difficult at times to leave work behind for the day because when you work from home, you don't leave the office to go home as before because you're already there! Don't underestimate the importance of being able to switch from your work persona to your personal life persona. It can be hard to do sometimes and can cause grief in your personal life.
2. Are you self-motivated?
Since you won't have your boss or co-workers to motivate you, you'll have to do it yourself. Working from home requires someone who can work on their own without a lot of direct supervision. Can you maintain a high level of work output on your own?
3. Do you have a dedicated work space that you can use for your home office?
You will probably find that your best bet to help separate your work and personal life is to have a dedicated work area (ie. a room solely used as your home office) to really set out your work space. If you simply work at the kitchen or dining room table, not only can things get messy quickly it can make it harder to separate work from home. If you have a room in your house that you can use strictly for work, you'll probably find it easier to walk away from work every night and concentrate on your personal life for a few hours!
4. Do you have a job that lends well to working from home?
If you have a job that requires frequent meetings or that requires you to work closely with other staff face to face, you might find it difficult to work from home without having to pop into work frequently which might end up defeating the purpose of telecommuting in the first place. Having said that, your employer will probably help make this distinction with you and working from home several days per week to start might be an option you could look at, if possible.
5. Do you need social interaction with other people?
If you need a great deal of face to face contact with other people, working from home may not be in the cards for you. Some people simply need the social interaction that working in an office provides and if you do, you might find yourself calling people on the phone for no reason other than to hear someone else's voice, which can really harm your productivity.
6. Are you easily distracted?
If working from home means that there is a chance you will spend a great deal of time watching tv, running personal errands and otherwise wasting time during "work hours" then telecommuting might not be for you. Depending on your job, you will most likely find your powers of concentration tested every single day.

Internet based business Opportunity
If you don’t have your own concept of an Internet based business in mind, there are plenty of opportunities available for the taking. If you’re a good sales person, reseller and network marketing opportunities abound. How successful you may be with an Internet based business opportunity, however, is contingent upon how much time you wish to devote and how hard you want to work. Isn’t that true in any business, though? Isn’t it also the reason some people are content to work for others, because they don’t want the extra work that is involved in having their own business. This is perhaps the reason some people are very successful and others fail to achieve any degree of success on the Internet.
If you have an idea of your own such as crafts that you want to sell, or even a book you have written that you desire to market and sell from a website, you are far ahead of those who don’t have a concept of what type of Internet based business opportunity interests them. However, that doesn’t mean that without your own concept, you cannot be success, but you do need to think about what you would like to do. For example, the Internet is infiltrated with affiliate programs, but you don’t want to go in blind and start signing up for all of them with a dream of making some serious money. You want to choose a product line that you find interesting and work with that. If you enjoy books, you may want to work with some of the booksellers such as Borders and Barnes and Noble. Remember, the concept behind these is to draw people to your website, so it’s not enough to submit your site to the search engines and expect that everyone will come running to visit your site. No matter what Internet based business opportunity you choose, you will need to advertise constantly in order to be a success.

"Three Words Guaranteed To Make Your Sales
Letter Fail...Get Rid Of Them And Watch
Your Responses Skyrocket!"
Three words that always need to be deleted to make the letter more effective in generating responses.
Before you hear what the words are, let's make sure that you know where the
emphasis of your ads or letters should be. The emphasis, of course, should always be on
your customer.
You'll want to speak to your reader’s needs, wants, desires, and fears.
That's how you'll be able to get your message into your prospects' emotional level
brain so that your customer will take action. Remember, all decisions are made on an
emotional basis first and then justified by logic later.
And the best way to get to your prospects emotional brain is to speak of the benefits
your customer receives by purchasing your product/service...not the features...but the
benefits.
As a reminder, BENEFITS are the RESULTS your customer will receive by doing
business with you and features are the distinguishing characteristics of your
product/service.
It's great that your product/service has distinguishing characteristics (features) that
separate you from your competition, however, if you show your prospect the desired
RESULTS you can provide, then you're showing your customers the BENEFITS
received by purchasing your products/services.
Okay, so what are these three words guaranteed to make your ads and sales letters
fail?
They are the words that completely take the focus off of your customer...these three
words do not speak to your customers' emotions...these three words do nothing to instill
desire in your prospect for your product/service...the three words to get rid of in your ads
and sales letters are, "I...Me...My".
These three words put the emphasis and spotlight on you, the writer, instead of your
customer/prospect. There is no way for you to communicate to your reader's emotions if
you only speak about yourself ("I, me, my"). You've got to be writing to your reader,
about your reader and your reader's hopes, desires,. wants, dreams, and fears.
That's how you get them to respond to your offer.
Now here's something that you may find interesting.
Have you noticed that in this discussion, that the words "I, me, or my" have not been
used?
YOU...have been the complete focus of this discussion...YOU and YOUR customers
and prospects.
And at first it's pretty hard to get the words "I, me, my" out of your writing.
Why is that, you ask?
Well, it's because of...you guessed it...your own emotions.
All humans, "way down deep", are only interested in their own wants and desires.
That's "way down deep" on the subconscious levels (remember the article about the three
brains and how to communicate with each).
So that's why it's hard at first to get rid of these three words.
But fortunately for your bank account, you can learn to delete "I, me, my" from your
vocabulary and learn to turn phrases into "you, your, and yours" that put the spotlight
where it belongs, which is on your customer/prospect.
This one little change in your ads and letters will increase your effectiveness and your
results immediately.
So here's what you do now.
Go through your ads and letters and re-write any sentence that has the words "I, me,
my" in them. By doing this, you'll automatically have to place the spotlight on your
customers, which will help you communicate the desired results (benefits) of your
product/service to your customers own wants and desires.
Now sometimes it just seems impossible to get around using an "I, me, or my" in a
sentence (but make sure you don't give up too easy). When this occurs, use the words
"we, us, our" instead. This will soften the focus on "I, me, my" and give you a little
springboard to get back to using the words "you, your, yours". But make sure that you've
tried every which way to phrase the sentence using "you, your, yours" first.
Common mistakes we make
1- Ordering Traffic. Using blasters, safelists, traffic exchanges
2- Buying leads, not generating them
3- Promoting the company instead of promoting yourself first.
1- Ordering traffic is a mistake everyone has made. The traffic
isn't targeted traffic, no matter what they claim. How could it be?
The traffic most people buy is general, at best, if it's delivered.
Do you know what H.I.TS. stands for? How Idiots Track Sales!
Some people think that just because their url or website got a lot
of hits means they will get sales. You need targeted traffic that
knows why they're at your site in the first place in order to monetize
the visitors.
If somebody could send me 50,000 highly targeted visitors,
I'd pay them $50,000.00 because it would be worth it!!
But it's not worth it and hardly ever get results.
You must generate your own traffic.
Adblasters, these things hardly ever work and you'd be better
off using other methods of driving buyers to your site, like
solo ads in ezines and Google Adwords. I tested the effectiveness
of some blasters I bought a long time ago, and tracked the results
by seeing how many leads were generated.
Results? Let's just say that blasters do
not work and aren't a good use of your time.
Safelists are full of sellers trying to sell, not buyers looking
to buy,so this isn't a good way to spend your valuable time, either.
The same thing applies to traffic exchanges, too.
Ask any experienced and successful Internet Marketer
if they use traffic exchanges and they'll tell you
there's a better way to get traffic
Sure, you might get some leads, and maybe even some sales with
the aforementioned methods, but the time it takes and the clutter
in your Inbox just isn't worth it.
My goal is to NOT trade all of my time
for money, like most people do in their day-to-day jobs.
My goal is to be an effective marketer.

Focus Is Very Important
I'm a lazy person i always look for the easier way to accomplish a task. That doesn't lead me anywhere. You can only bee lazy once you worked hard enough that you don't really need to keep working yourself to achieve a certain goal. Lets say that for example my goal is to get traffic to a certain site lets say 500 per day. There certain steps i have to take in order to achieve it. If i don't follow the steps then i won't accomplish my goals. I should only think of being lazy if i have a system that brings me that much traffic for less work.
I jumped from one opportunity to another. I worked hard on some and little on others.
It's weird when it comes to the Internet i tend to think that things are a lot easier than they should be. I don't know where that state of mind comes in but it's very costly. I study hard for my exams and get good results. I work hard when i work out and get good results. If i don't study then my grades go down and if i don't work out i loose muscle mass and get fat.
Focusing is very important in life and it should also be in Internet marketing. Every day i have tasks that i follow to get my business moving. I'm doing a lot better now that i keep tabs on my activities.
